This research work discusses the meaning and objectives of Irrigation Management Transfer (IMT) and assesses the NIA personnel and farmers' perceptions in the CIA's management performance after the management transfer. It looks into the management practices in the D2B CIA as perceived by the two respondent-groups, namely NIA personnel from the Magat River Integrated System (MRIIS) and farmer-leaders and members from the D2B CIA. It concludes with how the respondents perceived the CIA's performance on the four areas of irrigation management after IMT.
