The interplay of diversity in an organization has been a source of concern both for the management and its manpower. The issue on the definition of a 'mix breed' organization's coprorate culture is the clash between the national culture of the subsidiary and the corporate culture of the main office. This research study involves a Makati City-based Japanese-subsidized computer company (OSII) that employs a combination of Filipino and Japanese staff. This study is an attempt to diagnose the corporate culture of OSII. It identified and compared the existing and preferred culture of Filipino rank-and-file employees, Filipino managers, and Japanese managers.
