The research diagnosed the environment and the organizational processes within the three CICM colleges because it was believed that a favorable college environment and a smooth organizational processes could help in the implementation of the school programs and activities of development, and eventually could help in attaining institutional goals and objecives easily. The study adopted descriptive research particularly the survey technique to gather data from the three CICM colleges of Northern Luzon. To provide depth, documentary analysis was also undertaken. Based on the results, the observed college environment is dominated by prestige, learning environment, involvement and opportunities as strong environmental dimensions by the three respondent groups unlike campus morale, resources and awareness. On the communication process, downward coommunication is so evident, followed by sideward, and then upward. Lastly, the decision-making process is ruled by the desire to participate, then by the level of participation, and the extent of participation.
