This paper attempts to provide knowledge of the status of students after graduation in order to find out the contribution of graduates of an educational institution in relation to their service to society and country. The study is limited by the fact that it focuses solely on the graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the Tarlac College of Agriculture. Data was gathered through the use of surveys that were both open-ended and close-ended and interviews. The participants of this study are graduates who major in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and are employed at the Tarlac College of Agriculture or live nearby. In conclusion, the paper states that a majority of the agriculture graduates are employed and financially stable as a result of their training, therefore it can also be concluded that the course is relevant to present day employment needs.
