The paper is an endeavor to evaluate the cultural system in the five selected post-secondary vocational-technical schools in the Philippines. The five schools are Angeles University Foundation Polytech School in Angeles, Pampanga (AUF), the La Union Technical School in San Fernando, Pampanga (LUTS), the National Radio School in Dagupan City, Pangasinan (NRS), the Technological University of the Philippines in Manila (TUP), and the University of Santo Tomas Institute for Technological Courses in Manila (UST-ITC). Data was gathered through the use of questionnaires and observation. The participants are the administrators, the faculty members, and the students. In conclusion, the paper states that with the exception of the National Radio School, the other four schools have met well the standard set for the instructional staff, although the respondents showed disagreement on the efforts exerted by the teachers, the skills they possessed, their usage pf the community’s educational resources, and the methods adopted by the teachers in teaching vocational-technical courses.
