This paper aims to prove that there is a need for quality programs at the adult level geared to meet the needs of adults. The purpose of the study is to assess the Adult Education Program (PREP) of the Department of Defense Schools, District III in terms of significant affective growth, significant cognitive growth, realized objectives, enrolling motivations, attitudinal changes, experience, and rating. The study is limited by the fact there is a continuous open enrollment of students at military learning centers and that the students can be transferred to another location at any time, making it impossible for some participants who have taken the pre-tests to take the post-tests. In conclusion, the paper states that the Department of Defense Schools, District III Adult Education Program is successful in achieving substantial affective and cognitive growth of the United States servicemen enrolled in PREP.
