This paper aims to identify the administrative problems of the secondary schools of the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena as perceived by the principals and teachers. The problems include the tenure of the secondary principal; the staffing and faculty participation in administration; the adequacy of equipment and school facilities; and the public and human relation of the principal. The study is limited by the fact that the only teachers asked to participate in it are those that have had one year or more of teaching experience in Dominican schools. Data was gathered through the distribution of questionnaires and conducting informal interviews with teacher-respondents. In conclusion, the paper discusses that there is a problem of getting fully qualified teachers for some of the Dominican schools, especially schools located in far and remote places, and this problem can be categorized as a financial one.
