Problems of municipal government in the Philippines : an exposition of the problems and working principles governing the organization and administration of municipal government in the Philippines
The first part of this study traces the growth and historical development of local and municipal government and its relation to the National Government. The second part deals with the problems of organization of Municipal Government. A general survey of the known structure and the different systems or forms of municipal government found in other jurisdictions and both the merits and the demerits of each system have been discussed with a view of finding out which system could be adapted to suit local situations.
