Abstract	Trade relationships between the Philippines and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have always been beneficial to both countries. This research will attempt to assess the trade relations between these two countries from 1970- to 1980. It could also serve as a basis for policies and decision makings as far as foreign trade is concerned. The researcher hopes that through this study a closer economic, social and political relations between the two countries would be achieved.
