Government and private sectors have taken the lead role to generate employment opportunities especially in the countryside. To enhance the utilization and mobilization of resources toward economic growth and development, the state universities and colleges extend their expertise to identify areas where local and national support can be provided and where such area is the intrapreneurial projects of government-owned and manged universities and colleges. Hence, this study has for its major problems to present the intrapreneurial projects and to identify the common problems that confront the four state universities and colleges of Region I. It also sought to know the personal profile and competence of the manpower/respondents as well as to ascertain the prospects of the projects in the light of facts gathered. The research study had the manpower of the intrapreneurial projects as the respondents. The manpower/respondents had different levels of position, different experience/exposure, different levels of educational attainment and different business management training. A combination of the descriptive, historical and document analysis were employed. Questionnaires, follow-up interviews supplemented with library research and findings about the subject under study were used.
