This study focuses on the unconscious or maybe natural attempt of the Filipino-Chinese to keep the inherited values and embody the new values or different ones derived from the local culture or from the Christian influence of Filipino religiosity. It is an action that takes place in the depths of the individual and in the deepest recesses of their culture. In this thesis, it has been defined as "inner-dialogue," because it takes place in the innermost part of human being. This spontaneous attempt might be seen and called "systhesis", or as this thesis sustains, it might express the attempt of an unconscious "inculturation" of the cultural or religious message received within their own cultural heritage. It does not study the problem from the psychological point of view, which some other experts might do, but mainly from the theological and practical point of view. It attempts to make Christian communities (and also Buddhist and Taoist communities) aware of their own duty to read the signs expressed through the religious practices of Filipino-Chinese.
