This study was conducted to determine the relevance of the curricular programs of the Western Visayas College of Science and Technology to the job requirements in Iloilo. The study tested the hypothesis that the curricular programs of the College such as the curriculum which includes the content, the physical facilities, the faculty competence, and the student profile are related to the job requirements of industries and/or government agencies in Iloilo. This is an ex post facto descriptive research which involved 104 senior students who are doing on-the-job training, 112 students undergoing practice teaching, 50 members of the faculty of the College involved in the program and 59 managers of industries/heads of the government agencies in the city of Iloilo and provinces of Iloilo and Guimaras. Findings showed that the majority of the respondents are in general agreement that the present curricular programs of the college are still relevant to the present needs of industry in the City of Iloilo and the provinces of Iloilo and Guimaras. The curriculum positively and significantly relates to the job requirements in industry.
