This study aims to assess the organizational culture and climate of the Holy Spirit Educational System, Rosary Province as instruments towards the solution of the root problem which is the poor internalization of the vision-mission in the focal system. It aims to determine the profile of the demographic factors, shared vision-mission, different components of school system, organizational culture, climate, efficiency and effectiveness. It also aims to determine the effects of Organization Development (OD) Interventions on the different components of the model and the whole model itself. Findings revealed that the shared vision-mission is well understood and accepted by the respondents but the implementation is found to be weak in some areas of the system.
