Abstract	The study investigated the effectiveness of the delivery of public services of barabgay officials in Malabon as well as to identify the factors affecting their performance as perceived by constituents. The primary instrument used to obtain the needed data was the questionnaire, one for each group of respondents, namely: the barangay officials and constituents. Research design was primarily descriptive and data were treated statistically using percentage, Likert Mean Formula, Median Test and Likert Scale Method and Formulated Criteria.
