Content	This is a leaflet containing an octave in honor of a portrait of the Fernando VII written by a Mexican, supporter of the monarchy. Said portrait of was given by the king to the Philippines as a token of appreciation for the country’s remaining loyal to him. The painting was the work of the royal portraitist, Vicente López Portaña (1772-1850). It was received in Manila with much pomp that lasted from 18 to 22 December 1825. Libritos 249 to 256, 258 to 260, and 262, 265, and 267 are all related to this festivity.
