Content	A reprint of a sermon celebrating the victory of Spain in the war against the French (1811). First edition probably published in 1811 in the UST press. The author was first a missionary in Ituy and Paniqui, but later was transferred to the Universidad de Santo Tomás and later the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, where he held different positions. He was also prior of the Convento de Santo Domingo and chronicler of the province. Finally he was the bishop of Cebú during the last year of his life. He was a prolific author of sermons and a very acknowledged orator.
